Two-step delivery, one clear price online
Our rider takes your order from the Madina studio to the nearest parcel station. The fee you pay online is the rider leg only, DHL pricing for onward delivery is quoted at the station so you can choose pickup or door-to-door.

How delivery works

Pick your packs, sign in, pay via MoMo or card. We confirm by WhatsApp within 30 minutes.

Rider to parcel station
An Adahair rider moves your bag from the Madina studio to a parcel station near you. This is the fee you pay at checkout.
- 03
Collect or DHL onward
Pick up at the station, or pay DHL there for door delivery. They quote the onward fee on the spot, collect-yourself is always free.

Pricing quoted at the parcel station
From the parcel station, you choose: self-collect for free, or hand it over to DHL for door delivery. DHL quotes the onward fee based on the destination and weight, usually a few cedis for in-city, more for cross-region.
- Self-collect from the station, always free.
- DHL door delivery, paid in cash or MoMo at the station.
- International shipping (outside Ghana), DHL international rates apply, quoted at the station.
- Both options come with a tracking number.

Why two steps instead of straight to my door?
It keeps your online price honest. We always know what our rider charges; DHL's onward rate depends on weight and exact destination, so they quote it at the station. You're never surprised by an inflated combined fee at checkout.
Can I pick up from the Adahair studio directly?
Yes, pick "Studio pickup" at checkout (zero fee) and collect from Madina, Old Council Adjacent. We text when your bag is ready.
How do I track the package?
Once the rider drops at the station, we WhatsApp you the tracking number. You can also see live status under Account → Orders.
What if I miss the station's opening hours?
Stations hold parcels for 7 days. After that we recall the bag to Madina at no extra cost, message us on WhatsApp to re-dispatch.
